This document is a public offer: a proposal to enter into a contract on the terms below.

1. Parties and acceptance

Contractor — the Genesis Cards project. You can contact the Contractor through the “Genesis Cards” Telegram bot. Other contacts are in the section “Support and claims”.

Client — a natural person aged 18 or older with full legal capacity who has accepted this Offer.

Issuer — the issuing partner that issues Mastercard cards. The Issuer works separately from the Contractor. The Contractor may use more than one Issuer.

Acceptance. The Client accepts the Offer by ticking the consent box in the “Genesis Cards” Telegram bot. The box is required before the first card is issued: without it, the Contractor issues no cards. The contract between the Contractor and the Client is considered concluded from the moment the box is ticked.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Contractor provides the Client with the following through the Telegram bot and the app: issue of a virtual Mastercard card, top-ups of the balance in USDT, card management (freezing, transaction history), and withdrawal of the balance. The Client pays for the services at the prices in this Offer.

The Issuer issues and services the card. The Contractor is not a bank.

The Issuer shows the card number, expiry date, and CVV in a secure window. The Contractor does not see this data and does not store it.

The Client can pay with the card wherever Mastercard is accepted. The Contractor does not guarantee that a specific merchant or service accepts the card.

3. Pricing and payments

All amounts are in US dollars (USD).

  • Card issue: 20 USD for each card, paid from the Client’s balance.
  • Card top-up: 5.5% of the top-up amount.
  • Card maintenance: 2 USD per month, debited from the card.
  • Purchase: 0.30 USD for each purchase, debited from the card.
  • Declined transaction: 0.50 USD for each decline, debited from the card.
  • Currency conversion: 2.5% for purchases not in US dollars.
  • Balance withdrawal: 1% of the withdrawn amount.
  • Chargeback: 40 USD, see the section “Chargeback”.

The purchase, decline, conversion, balance withdrawal, and chargeback fees are set at the Issuer’s prices.

The current prices are published on the “Pricing” page. It is an appendix to the Offer. The calculator on the website gives an estimate. The bot confirms the exact amount of a transaction.

Top-up. The Client sends USDT to the address and on the network that the bot specifies. A payment on another network, to another address, or in another currency may be lost. The Contractor is not liable for such losses. The Client’s balance is topped up after the administrator confirms the payment.

4. Limits

  • Top-up in one transaction: from 5 USD to 2,500 USD.
  • Maximum number of cards per Client: 5.
  • The Client can pay with a card only within its balance.

The Issuer sets the limits, and they can change. The website and the bot show the current values.

5. Client verification (KYC)

Before a card is issued, the Client completes a verification: the Client submits a document and a selfie and provides their personal data.

Without successful verification, the Contractor issues no card. The Contractor may request repeated verification or additional information.

6. Chargeback

A chargeback is a dispute of a card transaction through the payment system.

The chargeback fee (a dispute of a transaction) is 40 USD. The Client (the cardholder) pays it. The amount is debited from the Client’s balance. If the balance is not enough, the card is frozen, and the debt is repaid from the next top-up.

This fee is set at the Issuer’s price. The Contractor does not pay it.

7. Declined transactions and their cost

A merchant, a payment system, or the Issuer may decline a transaction. For each decline, 0.50 USD is debited from the card, regardless of the reason for the decline.

If the Contractor knows the reason for a decline, the Contractor tells the Client. Common reasons are described on the “Help” page.

8. Withdrawal of the balance

The Client may withdraw the balance in USDT. The withdrawal fee is 1% of the withdrawn amount. The bot shows the withdrawal procedure.

The Contractor may deduct the Client’s debt from the withdrawn amount, including a chargeback debt, and may delay the withdrawal while a check is in progress.

9. Blocking and freezing

The Client can freeze the card in the app.

The Contractor may freeze a card, suspend transactions, or refuse to issue a card if:

  • fraud or prohibited transactions are suspected;
  • the Client has not provided data for verification;
  • the Issuer or the payment system requires it;
  • the balance is not enough to repay a debt, including a chargeback debt.

While a check is in progress, the balance of a frozen card is not available.

10. Liability

The Contractor is liable for the performance of its obligations under the contract within the limits that the law allows. Its liability is limited to actual damage and does not exceed the fees that the Client paid to the Contractor for the transaction that caused the damage.

The Contractor is not liable for:

  • a refusal by a merchant or service to accept the card;
  • the operation of the Issuer, the payment system, the blockchain network, and Telegram;
  • loss of USDT sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address;
  • actions of third parties to whom the Client gave access to their Telegram account, card, or confirmation codes.

The Client is responsible for the accuracy of their data and for transactions on their cards. A party is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances that it could not prevent.

11. Cookies and analytics

Necessary storage. The website saves a record “gc_consent” in your browser: your cookie choice and the date of the choice. It is valid for 180 days and contains no personal data. The language you choose is stored in the cookie “gc_lang” for 365 days.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 for statistics. It loads and creates cookies (_ga and _ga_*) only after you click “Accept”. If you choose “Necessary only”, no analytics cookies are created. Advertising features and personalization are off.

We send page views, clicks on key buttons, and the opening of questions in the help section to analytics. We do not pass Telegram usernames, exact amounts, or text that you entered.

You can change your choice at any time. If you choose “Necessary only”, we delete the Google Analytics cookies that the website could find in your browser. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

12. Changes to the terms and termination

The Contractor may change the Offer and the prices. The new version is published on the website with the revision date and takes effect from the moment of publication. The changes do not affect transactions that the Client started before publication.

If the Client continues to use the service after the new version is published, the Client agrees to it. If the Client does not agree, the Client may close the cards, withdraw the balance, and stop using the service.

The contract is valid for an indefinite period. The Contractor may terminate it if the Client breaks the Offer.

13. Support and claims

Requests and claims are accepted here:

  • The “Genesis Cards” Telegram bot.

In your request, describe the transaction: the date, the amount, and the service. Do not send the card number, the CVV, or confirmation codes.

The Contractor reviews the claim and replies within a reasonable time through the same channel.

The parties resolve disputes by negotiation. If they cannot agree, the dispute is considered in the manner established by the applicable law.
